Ramtin started trading tech stocks at age 13. After choosing to forgo college, he founded a hedge fund and later transitioned into private market investing with early bets in Rippling and Solana, among others. In 2016, at the age of 25, he founded Abstract.

Alex is a founding general partner at Abstract. Prior to joining the firm, he invested in technology companies at Core Innovation Capital and Founder Collective. Before transitioning to venture capital, Alex led a team within the trading strategy group at Bridgewater Associates. He also co-founded two companies: Intellitoys, an interactive children's toy, and SkillSlate, a labor marketplace that was acquired by TaskRabbit. Alex holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA with distinction from Columbia University.

David is a partner at Abstract. Before joining the firm, he led enterprise software investments at Greycroft, most notably in Extra Card, ZenBusiness, and MNTN Digital, which are now unicorns. David began his career at Stripes, where he invested in growth-stage software and consumer product companies. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Andrei is a partner at Abstract. Before joining the firm, he served as Chief of Staff to Michael Kratsios, the former CTO of the United States, at Scale AI. During his time there, Andrei co-founded the Enterprise AI team, driving its growth from zero to millions in revenue and scaling the team to 50 full-time employees. After Scale, he was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Thrive Capital. Andrei holds a BA from Cornell University in Computer Science and Information Science.

Will is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at Abstract. Before fully dedicating his time to leading his company, Concrete, Will built Abstract’s internal data platform and invested in seed-stage companies. Previously, he led investments in early-stage fintech and insurtech startups at Core Innovation Capital. He also founded Tellur, a no-code automation platform for personal finance, as well as Vegas Hotel Hunt, a travel aggregator for Las Vegas, that he started in his dorm room. Will holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Caroline is an Operating Partner at Abstract where she leads Talent, leveraging her expertise in building high-performing teams to support and scale Abstract portfolio companies. Previously, she led the People and Talent teams at Gem, before serving as Chief of Staff, guiding the company’s growth from 15 to 300 employees. Prior to Gem, Caroline spent six years at Dropbox, building the engineering and executive teams and helping to grow the company from 150 to 2,000 employees. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anthony is an Operating Partner at Abstract where he leads go-to-market (GTM), leveraging his expertise in growing sales organizations to support and scale Abstract portfolio companies. Previously, Anthony was on the founding team at unitQ, where he built the Sales and Customer Success teams from the ground up through the company’s Series B with Accel. He also has extensive legal experience advising and representing startups on financings, acquisitions, and high-stakes transactions at Fenwick and Cooley. Anthony holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA from the University of Southern California.

Adam Wilczek is the Chief Financial Officer at Abstract. Adam brings over 14 years of venture capital and private equity experience to the firm, having previously served as the CFO of Presidio Partners and a Vice President at Conifer Financial Services. He began his career in the industry at Hellman & Friedman. He graduated cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Gina is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Abstract. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Executive Assistant to the President and Vice President of Newport Capital Advisors, and later held the same role at Gulf Coast Western. She spent five years as a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys, during which she performed globally as a brand ambassador for the team. Gina holds a BA in Communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
